All bookings with REAL Snowboarding hereafter referred to as “REAL Snowboardiing” are subject to these conditions

Real Snowboarding will keep all personal information private and confidential.
Real Snowboarding reserve the right to cancel a lesson for a number of reasons, in which case, you will be offered a full refund, or a opportunity to reschedule the lesson or take credit.
If you wish to cancel a lesson, Real Snowboarding must be notified at least 28 days prior to the lesson if you wish to receive a full refund. If the cancellation is made within 28 days and before 14 days of the lesson a 50% refund will be given. If you do not inform us before 14 days a 0% refund will be offered.
All cancellations must be confirmed via email.
Your lesson is not confirmed until full payment has been received and a confirmation email has been received.
Prices are correct as of time of booking. Prices may be subject to revision at any time but will not affect the price given at the time of confirmed booking.
All lessons are to be paid in full at the time of invoice by bank transfer, cheque or online payment. (A 3% may be charged on all card payments)
Group Lessons run with a minimum of 4 shredders, If there is less than 4 the class will run for one less day, but the price will remain the same.
Our Instructors will wait no longer than 10 minutes for you at arranged meeting point unless notified prior to this by the client.
If a lesson does not take place due to unforeseen circumstances, such as bad weather or piste closure we will not offer a refund, however, We will offer a written letter for you to claim back on insurance.
Parents / Guardians / Appropriate adults must make themselves known to the instructor who will be teaching their child. It is the responsibility of the client to be on-time to collect their children after the lesson. To take into the possibility of arriving late please ensure that you are at the arranged meeting point 15 minutes early.
Due to the nature of the sport, Snowboarding can be dangerous, Real Snowboarding will accept no responsibility. We do not insure our clients, and we highly recommend you have holiday insurance.
Lift Passes are not offered as part of a lesson, it is recommended to try and pre-book these with your accommodation provider.
Real Snowboarding recommend that all clients have both holiday insurance, and accident and recovery insurance.
Real snowboarding reserve the right to ask clients to leave the lesson if they appear to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
