🕒 Job Type: Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available (Plenty of time to shred!)
💶 Pay: Competitive – based on experience, qualifications, and availability

Are you a passionate snowboarder who loves teaching others and wants to spend the winter riding in one of the best resorts in the Alps? REAL Snowboarding is looking for enthusiastic, experienced snowboard instructors/coaches to join our tight-knit team in Morzine/Avoriaz for the 2026/2027 winter season.
We’re not just a snow school — we’re a family of riders dedicated to passing on our love for snowboarding through fun, high-quality lessons.
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- You must have the legal right to live and work in France
- A Level 4 ISTD-equivalent certification from a recognised snowboarding association
- Valid Carte Professionnelle
- Up-to-date professional liability insurance
- A genuine passion for snowboarding and teaching
- A great attitude and willingness to be part of a supportive, fun-loving team
